IMPORTANT: If these files are downloaded with the intention of providing a proposal it is essential that the potential proposer contact the Office of Public Transit (OPT). OPT must be aware of all interested parties participation in the RFP process so any changes that may be made to the documentation, dates, or the process itself may be forwarded to the potential proposers.
