Structure: East Central Iowa Transit is governed by the East Central Iowa Council of Governments (ECICOG), an intergovernmental council created to promote regional cooperation and to provide professional planning services to local governments in Benton, Iowa, Johnson, Jones, Linn and Washington counties. |
| Special Features/Highlights: East Central Iowa Transit is a brokered system, with ECICOG responsible for the administration, coordination and planning functions of the regional system. Transit services are operated by a provider in each affiliated county. |
