| Organizational
Structure: The MTA is administered by a transportation director who is responsible for both transportation and parking enforcement and who reports to the Public Works Director. Policy direction is provided by the city council. |
| Special Features/Highlights: MTA provides its own paratransit service. All routes are fully ADA accessible. All services are open to the general public. |
